What NP Tools is

NP Tools is a collection of small web applications that live under the nedimp.com domain. Each tool is built to solve one specific day-to-day problem — things like tracking engineering calculations across projects, keeping prayer times in sync with a personal calendar, or running a bullet-journal workflow in the browser.

The tools are built and maintained by one person (Nedim Perva) and are offered free of charge. There are no ads and no analytics that identify individuals.

What the tools do

• FerroScale (open the app) — a metal profile calculator that remembers your work across projects and traces every result back to the relevant EN standard table.
• Vaktija (open the app) — prayer times for your location, with optional one-click sync to your personal Google Calendar so the times show up alongside your regular schedule.
• BuJo — an offline-first bullet-journal web app built around rapid logging, task migration, and collections. No public link is provided here for this tool.
• Forecast Pilot and Agent Usage — Raycast extensions that bring weather forecasts and AI-service usage metrics into the command bar without a context switch.

Why NP Tools uses Google sign-in

A few of the tools above — most notably Vaktija — offer an optional feature that writes events to your personal Google Calendar so you can see prayer times alongside the rest of your schedule.

To do that, NP Tools asks for your permission to access your Google Calendar via Google's standard OAuth consent screen. We request only the scopes necessary for the feature you enable, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

NP Tools does not sell your data, does not share it with advertisers, and does not transfer it to third parties. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.

How to use it

The publicly available tools above link to their write-ups and, where they run in the browser, to the app itself — no account is required for most features. If a tool needs Google sign-in for a specific feature (for example, Calendar sync), you'll be asked to approve the required scopes the first time you use that feature.
